Warm, dry conditions and terrain driven winds early today.
Clouds increase this after ahead of an approaching weather
system. Chances for precipitation increase late tonight, largely
after 2300. Rain chances increase to likely Wednesday, with
a modest chance of wetting rains. Winds will be slightly
breezy this afternoon, decline this evening, then increase
again overnight and become stronger Wednesday, especially
in the afternoon. Any thunderstorms that develop near the
project will bring a risk of gusty outflow winds up to 35 mph.
Precip amounts outside of thunderstorms expected to be around
0.05-0.10 are forecast.
