.DISCUSSION...

Snow will decrease this morning, and then northeast winds will
increase by late morning into the afternoon. Winds will further
increase with gusts up to 18 mph in the evening. Snow will also
increase through this evening into tonight with an additional
2 to 3 inches expected. Winds will decrease Tuesday night and
switch out of the southwest by Wednesday morning. Fog is not
expected through Wednesday, but may develop by Wednesday evening.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy. Snow likely early this morning then
                    tapering off after 0700 PDT.
