...Breezy north winds Thursday followed by shifting and gusty winds
with cold front passage Friday...

Winds will be breezy out of the north today with the strongest winds
this morning. Several wind shifts will occur on Friday beginning with
light winds becoming south near 1000, then south-southwest 1200-1600
and breezy, before a wind shift out of the west 1600-1800 with a
cold front passage.
