.DISCUSSION...

Dry and low-end breezy conditions forecast for Thursday, with the
stronger winds forecast to be in the morning to early afternoon,
before slackening.  A boundary southeast of the fire will
help focus some moisture Thursday night into Friday, with a few
more clouds and a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms
Friday afternoon. Confidence is low, with the better overall risk
of precipitation south of the fire.  Gusty outflow winds may
propagate away from any storms on Friday and push by, even if they
do not directly impact the fire.  Otherwise winds will be light
Friday in the morning and pick up slightly in the afternoon.
