Dry conditions will occur at the burn site through this
afternoon with increasing chances for snow overnight. Snow
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches is forecast for the burn site on Friday,
changing to a rain and snow mix by Friday evening.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy. Snow, possibly changing to or mixing with
                    rain late in the afternoon. Snow accumulation 1 to
                    3 inches.
CWR.................85 percent.
Max temperature.....Around 33.
Min humidity........90 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light winds becoming south around 5 mph in the
                    afternoon.
Mixing height.......Near the surface in the morning rising to
                    1000 ft AGL in the afternoon.
