.DISCUSSION...

A warm front will move in over the Beehive Block 10 project today
spreading light precipitation through the afternoon into tonight.
Precipitation will start out as light snow and then see a
transition to rain in the afternoon and overnight. Total
precipitation accumulation is expected to be between 0.04 to 0.12
inches. Winds will increase late tonight with gusts up to 20 mph
that will continue into Saturday morning.

.TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy. A 15 percent chance of snow in the
                    morning after 1000 PDT. Chances increase to
                    around 30 percent in the early afternoon with
                    snow transitioning to a rain/snow mix then
                    transitioning to rain by late afternoon.
                    Chances for rain increase to 60 percent by
                    1700 PDT.

Max temperature.....Around 40.
Min humidity........52 percent. Relative humidity between 50 to
                    60 percent with the minimum relative humidity
                    between 1200 and 1400 PDT early in the
