.DISCUSSION...

Steady southerly winds will be in place through this evening
with speeds peaking between 1900-2100 pdt.  Winds at lake level
will slowly decrease after 2100 but remain steady roughly 500 feet
above the ground until 2300 pdt with speeds of 12-15 mph
then decrease closer to 5 mph by 0100.

Bands of clouds with spotty sprinkles or very light showers
expected to pass through after 0200 pdt with little to no
rainfall.
