.DISCUSSION...

It will be hot, dry, and unstable through the afternoon with poor
overnight relative humidity recoveries. There is a 15% chance for
a stray shower or thunderstorm through the early evening, but
confidence is low. General winds look to remain out of the east to
northeast for today, but any nearby thunderstorms could bring a
sharp shift and increase in gusts. Thunderstorm coverage becomes
more scattered on Thursday in the late afternoon and evening with
localized heavy rainfall and gusty winds.
