steady southwest winds developing by midday. Moderately
deep mixing heights will bring the potential for gusts of
15 to 20 mph throughout the afternoon. Winds will wane
after 1700 with evening inversions setting back in around
1900.  Expect subtle changes in temperature and humidity
trends from Friday.  Good recoveries overnight with a
light easterly drift.
