.DISCUSSION...
Westerly winds will be in place through 2000 with infrequent
gusts to 13 mph.  After 2000, winds at the lake level (2500 feet)
will begin to shift to the northwest at speeds near 5 mph or less.
On the nearby ridge (3000 feet), westerly winds will remain
8-11 mph through 2200 before shifting to the northwest and
decreasing 5 to 8 mph.  All winds will decrease 0100-0200 and shift
to the north and then northeast or downslope at speeds of 1 to 5 mph.
Recoveries will be 65% near the lake to 40% on the mid to upper slope.
Sunday will be hot and dry with unstable conditions. Light southwest
winds through 1200 pdt become west in the afternoon with speeds
increasing 1600-1900.
