- A 30-50% chance for showers by Wednesday afternoon into
  Wednesday night. Wetting rains unlikely.

Eastern WA:

- Southerly winds particularly up the Okanogan Valley (zone 703).

North ID:
- Light winds and dry conditions.

Chilly mornings early this week. Lower pressure begins to shift
into the region around mid week. There is a 30-50 percent chance
for showers in the Cascades by Wednesday night into Thursday.
Chances for showers then increase region wide by the weekend.
Temperatures cool below normal over the weekend with chances for
light snow in the mountains. Potential for gusty winds on
Saturday.
