Central WA:
- Breezy southerly winds this afternoon and evening gusting up to
25 mph.
- Chances for showers and thunderstorms (20-40%) Monday afternoon.
Eastern WA:
- Chances for showers and thunderstorms (20-40%) across the
southeast and northern mountains Monday.
North ID:
- Chances for showers and thunderstorms return across the ID
Panhandle (20-40%) Monday.
Shower and thunderstorm chances increase Monday over a large part
of the region, with highest chances over the northern Cascades,
along the Canadian border districts, southeast WA and the
southern ID Panhandle. The pattern remains active with occasional
shower and t-storm chances and breezy conditions through the new
work week. Thursday has the chance of heavier showers and some
stronger thunderstorms, particularly the NE WA and north ID
districts.
