Central WA:
- Elevated fire weather conditions this evening due to breezy winds
through the Cascade gaps
- Hot and dry conditions on Sunday with windy conditions late in
the afternoon and evening.
- Westerly winds Sunday shifting northerly Monday into Tuesday.
Eastern WA:
- Hot and dry Sunday.
- Strong cold front from the north on Monday bringing strong shifting
north winds late.
North ID:
- Very warm and dry Sunday.
- Strong cold front from the north late Monday bringing strong shifting
north winds Monday Night into Tuesday.
Hot and dry conditions are expected on Sunday. Gusty gap winds will occur
through the Cascades this evening and then increase further late
Sunday afternoon. Winds will shift from the north late Monday and
become gusty through much of the region especially the Okanogan Valley.
Breezy north to northeast winds will occur Tuesday with cooler temperatures.
There will also be a chance of showers and thunderstorms over Northeast
Washington into the Idaho Panhandle late Monday into Tuesday.
