* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Northeast Washington, including the following
  county, Stevens.

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or
  is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 754 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Kettle Falls, Marcus, Evans, Hope burn scar.
