* At 702 PM PDT, a dust channel was over Spokane, moving northeast at
30 mph.
HAZARD...One mile visibility or less with strong wind in excess of
30 mph.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 253 and 299.
Interstate 90 in Idaho between mile markers 0 and 23.
U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 407 and 438.
U.S. Highway 195 in Washington between mile markers 68 and 95.
U.S. Highway 395 in Washington between mile markers 165 and 183.

Spokane, Spokane Valley, Coeur d`Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Cheney,

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
