  hundredths of an inch.

* WHERE...In Connecticut, Northern Fairfield, Northern Middlesex,
  Northern New Haven, and Northern New London Counties. In New York,
  Putnam County.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute.
