New York City, Long Island, parts of the Lower Hudson Valley, and southern Connecticut. .IMPACTS... Areas of fog will lead to visibilities below one mile. Fog may become locally dense, leading to visibilities of a quarter mile or less. This will coincide will the time of the Friday morning commute. .PRECAUTIONS...
