Locally dense fog will reduce visibility to a quarter mile or less
at times through the middle of the morning. Motorists should be
prepared for rapid changes in visibility and are urged to slow
down and use caution. Use low beam headlights and keep extra
spacing between vehicles. Visibilities will improve after 10 am.
