...PATCHY DENSE FOG BEFORE 900 AM THIS MORNING...

Localized dense fog has developed across parts of the region. The
dense fog has been in patches, forming primarily along river
valleys across parts of Orange and Putnam NY and interior
Southern CT. The visibilities will be reduced to less than a half
mile with the localized dense fog.

Motorists should proceed with extra caution as there will be
rapid changes in visibility and allow for extra space between
vehicles. The fog is expected to start burning off between 800 AM
and 900 AM and by 900 AM, all fog is expected to dissipate.
