extending from Jewett City to near Salem to Clinton. Movement was
east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Jewett City, Norwich, New London, Clinton, Groton, Old Saybrook,
