...GALE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM SUNDAY TO 6 PM EDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and
  waves 4 to 7 feet expected at the entrance of the Harbor.

* WHERE...New York Harbor, including Raritan Bay and Sandy Hook
  Bay.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Sunday to 6 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

  with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 6 to 9 feet expected. For the
  Storm Warning, northeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50
  kt and seas 14 to 19 feet expected.

* WHERE...Sandy Hook NJ to Montauk Point NY out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to
  6 AM EDT Sunday. For the Storm Warning, from 6 AM Sunday to 6
  PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
  damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Monday afternoon.
