  Sandy Hook NJ to Moriches Inlet NY out 60 NM...
  The Open Waters 20 to 60 NM south of Moriches Inlet to Montauk
Point NY...

At 654 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 16 nm southeast of Shark River
Reef to 35 nm southeast of Buoy 44025, moving north at 25 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours.
