.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions are on tap Tuesday and Wednesday with minimum RH
values 30 to 40 percent each afternoon. Winds will generally be
less than 10 mph.

Regarding winds, they initially this morning will be northwest
around 5 mph. In the afternoon between 12 and 1PM, the winds are
forecast to become more west and increase to near 10 mph. By 2PM,
winds are forecast to become southwest without much change in
speed. Thereafter winds are forecast to remain southwest near 10
mph.

In the mid to late afternoon, a few wind gusts to near 15 to 20
mph will be possible. Also, the timing of when winds change
direction to become more southwest may be off by an hour or two.
