morning through Friday night. Gusty S-SW winds are
expected today, especially near the coast, 20 to 30 mph.
Winds will weaken tonight as they shift to the W
and then NW on Friday. Min RH values will be 65 to 80
percent today and 35 to 50 percent on Friday.
