The Flood Advisory will expire at 145 AM EDT early this morning for
portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following areas,
Bergen and Passaic and southeast New York, including the following
areas, Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester.

Urban and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
