The Flood Advisory will expire at 1215 AM EDT early this morning for
portions of southern Connecticut, including the following area,
Fairfield, northeast New Jersey, including the following area,
Hudson, and southeast New York, including the following areas,
Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), Nassau, New York (Manhattan), Queens,
Richmond (Staten Island) and Westchester.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
