...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL RUTHERFORD AND
CENTRAL WILSON COUNTIES THROUGH 700 PM CDT...

At 629 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Walterhill, or 11 miles north of Murfreesboro, moving northeast at 50
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cedars Of Lebanon State Park, Lebanon, Tuckers Crossroads, Dickerson
Chapel Recreation Area, Gladeville, Walterhill, Smyrna, and La
Vergne.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 231 and 247.
 Interstate 840 between mile markers 59 and 76.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for Middle
Tennessee.
