Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Tennessee
National Weather Service Nashville TN
1211 PM CST Fri Nov 22 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Colder air building in now but turning warmer by Sunday. Some rain
returns Monday with a weak frontal system. A much stronger system
will then bring 1 to 2 inches of rain around Thanksgiving.
Otherwise, humidity levels held in check. Sunday will feature
25F dewpoint spread potential and somewhat of an increase in wind
speeds. However, it will still be well below any fire weather
concerns. Note that a high canopy of cirrus should traverse the
region on Sunday ahead of the Monday frontal system.
