If an ice jam develops, the river may rise quickly and minor flooding may occur. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday Due to the mild weather, ice jams remain a possibility in the Elkhorn and Platte river basins into the weekend. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
