This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, east central Nebraska, northeast Nebraska and southeast
Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Windy and dry conditions will lead to very high fire danger
near the South Dakota border on Saturday afternoon. Elsewhere,
wildfire potential will remain confined to agricultural fields where
harvesting is ongoing.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Showers and storms expected Sunday afternoon through Tuesday morning
across southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa. There will be a band
of heavier rainfall amounts of around 1.5 to 2.5 inches expected with
locally higher amounts possible. Locally higher amounts could lead to
flash flooding.
