This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight and Friday

There is a 15-30% chance of spotty storms before 4 PM Friday with
higher chances (50-70%) arriving thereafter into Saturday, but
questions remain on exact timing. A few could be strong to severe
(5% chance) with damaging wind and heavy rain/localized flooding
the primary threats.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday night through Thursday

Shower and storm chances linger into Saturday afternoon with
potential for some stronger to isolated severe storms in far
southeast Nebraska and far southwest Iowa (5% chance).

A brief break in showers and storms is anticipated much of
Sunday, but daily 20 to 40% chances return Sunday evening through
next week. Confidence is low on the overall severe weather threat,
but repeated rounds of thunderstorms could lead to a flooding
threat.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is unlikely through Friday, but reports of
severe weather are appreciated.
