This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Hot conditions will continue today in southeast Nebraska and
western Iowa with afternoon high temperatures in the low 90s and
heat indices of 98 to 105 degrees.

Thunderstorms in northeast Nebraska this afternoon may produce
damaging wind gusts and heavy rain. More thunderstorms are
expected to redevelop later tonight. These storms will also
threaten with localized flooding and damaging wind gusts.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Hot conditions will continue on Monday, particularly for southeast
Nebraska and southwest Iowa where high temperatures may reach the
low 90s with heat indices peaking at 100 to 105 degrees.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are encouraged to report rainfall amounts over one inch
to the National Weather Service at Omaha.
