.DISCUSSION...

Winds are light out of the north this morning under clear skies.
The morning inversion currently keeping mixing heights down
around 2500 ft will continue to burn off with mixing heights
rising to near 6000 ft this afternoon. Light winds will become
more northeasterly by this afternoon, turning easterly this evening.
Another inversion will set up rapidly dropping mixing heights from
5000 ft to less than 500 ft around sunset near 8 PM. Transport winds
will be light making for fair smoke dispersal near burn time,
dropping to poor after 8 PM.

Lowest Possible Relative Humidity on Day of Burn: 23 percent

                    mostly cloudy (60-70 percent).
