.DISCUSSION...

Winds in the area are generally out of the north at 5 mph with
humidity values over 90 percent with mixing heights at about
400ft AGL. Over the course of the morning winds will increase and
shift southeasterly with wind speeds topping out at 20 to 25 mph.
As wind shifts to the southeast, rain chances will increase this
afternoon to around 20-25 percent affecting the location for about
15 minutes at time. At 4pm, RH will bottom out at around 30
percent and mixing heights top out at 7500ft AGL making for very
good smoke dispersal. Rain chances continue to increase overnight
with total amounts of less than a tenth of an inch expected.
