.DISCUSSION...

Today will be warm with intermittent cloud cover, fairly light
winds, and rather dry air. The RH will drop into the 24-28
percent range by late afternoon. Winds will start the day out of
the north with occasional gusts up to 18 mph early. Winds become
lighter in the afternoon and turn out of the northeast by 1 PM and
out of the east by 5 PM. Expect deep mixing, but light winds by
afternoon.

Strongest Possible Wind Speeds on Day of Burn: A gust to 20 mph
possible before 10 AM. During the afternoon, strongest gust of
12-15 mph.

Lowest Possible Relative Humidity on Day of Burn: Lowest afternoon
RH is 20%.
