.DISCUSSION...

Expect a warm afternoon with intermittent cloud cover, fairly
light winds, and rather dry air. Temperature will top out around
74 degrees with RH falling to around 28 percent this afternoon.
Wind will start out of the northeast and become more easterly
through the afternoon and southeasterly this evening, generally
remaining below 10 mph. Mixing and smoke dispersal may be a bit
limited to start with the light winds, but should quickly improve
as we heat up through the afternoon. Can`t completely rule out a
sprinkle/shower this afternoon, but chance of a wetting rain is
under 10%.
