.DISCUSSION...

Weather conditions will remain fairly calm today with increasing
cloud cover through the afternoon. Winds will remain out of the
southwest at ignition time, gradually backing to southerly this
afternoon. Winds will increase through the afternoon with maximum
sustained speeds of 12-15 mph with gusts up to 19-23 mph expected.
Winds will gradually calm later this afternoon, with
southeasterly speeds under 5 mph expected overnight. Minimum RH
values this afternoon will remain in 42-48% range before
rebounding near 80% overnight. Afternoon mixing heights will peak
around 1750-2000 ft, leading to fair smoke dispersal.
