.DISCUSSION...

Dry, mild weather continues today with increasing high clouds.
Winds, light and variable this morning, will increase out of the
east starting around 11 AM. Humidity this afternoon will drop to
about 28 percent. Mixing heights start under 500 ft this morning
under a morning inversion which starts to mix out around 9-10 AM.
Mixing heights rise to around 7000 ft by 1 PM. This combined with
transport winds out of the east around 10 to 15 mph will lead to
Very Good smoke dispersal today.

Low rain chances (25%) on Wednesday afternoon under cloudy skies.
Winds will again start out light and variable increasing out of
the east as the morning inversion mixes out around 9-10 AM.
Humidity will stay higher through the afternoon around 35 percent.
