.DISCUSSION...
Low fire danger continues as temps climb again today. There will
be more cloud cover as t-storms slide east through the day. Some
storms will be strong or severe with wind gusts over 50 mph.
Humidity will dip into the 30-40% range along the KS state line
and will hold in the 60-70% range closer to Sioux City.
Southerly wind will be replaced by northwesterly winds over the
course of the day as a cold front sinks southeast. That front
should be near Norfolk and Sioux City by 10 AM Lincoln and Omaha
near 3 PM and into Missouri by 8:00 PM.
Mixing heights will soar ahead of the front, but languish along
and behind it.
