Much cooler conditions today are accompanied by strong
northwesterly winds. Gusts up to 55 mph are expected through 8am
before tapering over the course of the day. Winds will be a
standard 5-15 mph by 5pm, still out of the northwest.
Min RH values will range from upper 30s in the southwest corner of
the area (Fairbury) to 60s in western Iowa.
