* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
  continues.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Nebraska, including
  the following counties, in east central Nebraska, Butler. In
  northeast Nebraska, Platte.

* WHEN...Until 1015 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Lowland flooding along Clear Creek from previous heavy
  rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 852 AM CDT, gauge reports continue to rise at the Clear
    Creek near Shelby. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    mainly rural areas of Northwestern Butler and Southeastern
    Platte Counties


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
