* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southwest Platte County.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1008 AM CDT, emergency management reported continued
    flooding and road closures in the warned area. Flooding will
    continue today as the water gradually recedes.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Duncan, Platte Center, Monroe, Oconee, and rural areas of
    southwest Platte County.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
