...Isolated flooding possible for California into the weekend...

.California...
Moderate to locally heavy rainfall is expected to continue into the weekend
over coastal regions of California. Overall conditions are not favorable
for widespread flood responses, however urban and small stream flooding
will be possible under sustained moderate to high rainfall rates.
Additionally, heavy rainfall near recent burn scars will result in flash
flooding and debris flows.

.Arizona...
The same weather system that is currently moving into California will shift
eastward into Arizona, bringing a period of moderate to locally heavy
rainfall to the area. The focus of the rainfall (and any hydrologic
impacts) remains on the Mogollon Rim this weekend. Snow is mainly expected
at the higher elevations, and any potential hydrologic impacts are mainly
going to be urban and small stream including low water crossings. The
inclusion of this area on the FHO is not expected on this issuance.
