...The potential for significant flooding impacts is low through the next
seven days...

Widespread rainfall at lower elevations and snow in the high elevations of
the Sierra Nevadas is expected mid-to-late week. Given that we are still in
the early portion of the climatological wet-season, and the generally
dry-to-normal antecedent conditions leading up to the event, confidence in
flooding impacts is very low at this time, therefore precluding
introduction of a Limited impacts area on the FHO.
