IMAGERY WITH EVIDENCE OF SMALL VORTICES WITHIN THE LARGER ENVELOPE. CENTER
IS ESTIMATED TO BE LESS THAN 3/4 DEGREE TO THE SW OF A LARGE COLD OVERCAST
RESULTING IN A DT OF 2.5 USING THE SHEAR PATTERN. PT AGREES WHILE MET
IS 3.0 BASED ON A 24 HOUR RAPID WEAKENING TREND. THE FT IS BASED ON THE
PT DUE TO UNCERTAINTY IN THE PRECISE CENTER LOCATION.
