.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from near 31N55W to the
Virgin Islands. The pressure gradient between this trough and
high pressure centered NW of Bermuda will support fresh to strong
NE winds and rough seas into Mon for Atlantic waters E of 70W, as
well as S of 25W, including the the Bahamas and Greater Antilles.
The trough will weaken by Tue, leading to improving conditions
into the middle of next week.
