.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between a broad area of low
pressure over the SW Caribbean and high pressure over the SW N
Atlantic will continue to support moderate to fresh trade winds
over the central and eastern Caribbean, and moderate to fresh NE
winds over the NW part of the basin trough Sat night. Locally
strong NE winds are likely in the lee of eastern Cuba through
Wed. The above mentioned low pressure will remain over the SW
Caribbean through the upcoming weekend. Moderate to fresh winds
are expected on the N semicircle of the low center.
