Atlantic from 07N to 19N W of 55W.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

19N W of 55W

.SYNOPSIS...Large N to NE swell will produce rough seas over the
waters E of the Lesser Antilles and through the Atlantic Passages
through Sun night before seas slowly subside early next week.
Elsewhere, moderate E to SE winds will pulse to locally fresh in
the northwestern Caribbean, including the Gulf of Honduras, each
night through the middle of next week. Looking ahead, a broad area
of low pressure associated with a tropical wave has formed
several hundred miles south of the Cabo Verde Islands.
Environmental conditions appear conducive for gradual development
of this system, and it could become a tropical depression by the
middle to latter part of next week while moving across the central
tropical Atlantic and approaching portions of the Leeward
Islands.
