from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front draped NE to
SW will persist across the waters today into Tue, while a strong
high pressure builds S along the eastern seaboard. The front
will drift NW toward the coast later Tue and Tue night. Low
pressure will form along the front Wed and then lift NE of the
area Wed night, pulling the front S and SE Thu. The front will
again stall across the southern and outer portions Thu night
through Fri night, while another high pressure builds S and SE
over the N portions.
