Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. ANZ899-270900- 422 PM EDT Sat Jul 26 2025 .SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Weakening high pressure will drift W while passing to the S of the waters tonight. Low pressure just E of the S waters will gradually dissipate tonight while remaining E of the area. A cold front over the N waters this evening will move S early tonight, then stall across the central waters later tonight and Sun while weakening. A weak high pressure ridge will build over the region tonight and Sun, then shift E of the area Sun night. Another weak cold front will move SE over the N waters Sun night into Mon as low pressure passes N of the area. The front will then weaken Mon night into Tue while the low crosses the far NE waters. Another high will build SE over the area Tue and Tue night, then drift S over the region Wed and Wed night as another weak cold front moves S over the N portion.
